One to One
Almost all children face moments of self-doubt or periods when they feel unconfident and anxious. For some children this can develop into how they view themselves and create low self-esteem and ongoing anxiety. Some children face difficulties controlling their emotions, leading to challenging behaviours. Others struggle with sensory processing and learning difficulties.
What Can Best One to One's Offer Your Child?
1. POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING
Julia’s 1 – 1 support helps to address the root causes of a child’s low self-esteem, behaviour challenges, anxieties and emotional control, giving practical strategies to help a them develop assertiveness and confidence to overcome challenges ahead.
Executive function is a term for a collection of skills that rely on three types of brain function: working memory, self-control, and mental flexibility. In children, executive function issues can manifest problems with impulse control, tantrums and emotional self-regulation. Others may show difficulties with classroom organisation, time management and remembering instructions.
Julia focuses on providing children with fun and exciting exercises and activities to boost their mental capabilities and self-control.
