This webinar helps us to understand the development of our child’s brain and nervous system, enabling us to notice what our child’s behaviour is communicating.

You will learn to recognise the difference between an emotional outburst and learned behaviour and you will take away strategies in self-regulation and emotional control. Providing you with ways to, not only calm your own chaotic nervous system, but also in supporting your child’s big emotions.
