Staff Training
We are often bombarded with ideas of what we should be doing, and how children that we work with should be behaving. However, not enough of us fully understand what we can do on a daily basis to give children more positive, brain-strengthening experiences that will overcome many of the obstacles they face in today’s world.
What Can Best Staff Training Offer Your School?
1. POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING
BEST Programmes work on unique and innovative ways to teach children and adults the basic science behind their brain development, and how ‘Thoughts create our Feelings, that affect our Actions’. This enables both child and adult to understand and take control of their ‘Survival, Emotional & Thinking Brains’, creating; stronger emotional control, better decision-making and more empathy to others.
2. WHEN AND HOW?
BEST Staff Training Programmes are available throughout the academic year, on timetable or inset days. An assortment of packages are available for all levels of your school staffing, to enable a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. “A great session. As a girl, I really do wish my friends and I had a session like this

confident” Year 6 Teacher
“Vicky and Julia were great with the girls, it was good to see how they built on
consent with the popcorn and kissing. The girls felt open to be honest and ask
questions. There were great scenarios and role play” Year 6 Teacher
