Our twelve week programme helps children develop the confidence to communicate assertively understand others feelings and build positive relationships. Through fun sport art and drama activities, children will learn valuable social skills that support resilience, empathy, teamwork and a successful start to the new school year.

Each term, we explore a carefully designed wellbeing theme through creative activities, games and teamwork, giving children the chance to build confidence, strengthen friendships and learn practical strategies they can use every day.
